"Godot Engine program stopped working" Message upon Godot Module Launch

If you get a message: “Godot Engine program stopped working. APPCRASH godot.exe. Error module name: VCRUNTIME140.dll”, when running the Godot module in Windows Server 2012 R2, do the following:

• Install Visual C++ Redistributable package (x64)
• Install OS updates
