The SL NEO server can control several (up to eight) tape-recorders by RS232/422 interfaces and SONY 9 Pin Remote Protocol, or by IEEE1394 (FireWire) interfaces. If the VTR control feature has been ordered and corresponding software settings have been implemented, a cable must be produced according to the set RS-232 or RS-422 interfaces and the tables below.
