Start

Launches playout of captions.

Settings

Param1 - file name.
Param2 - IN point, optional parameter. Possible values: timecode in the hh:mm:ss[:ff] format, or the number of frames.
Param3 - shift value, optional parameter. Possible values: timecode in the hh:mm:ss[:ff] format, or the number of frames.

Stop

Stops playout of captions.
